Jayme Krueger

Jayme Krueger, COPPS Coordinator
Jayme Krueger is BPD’s Community Policing Coordinator, Assigned to the Administrative Services Bureau in the Community Policing Unit (COPPS). Jayme is a retired officer form Lincoln Police Department. She has a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources and Family Science and a Master’s Degree in Forensic Science. Jayme is in charge of coordinating and assisting in the city’s Neighborhood Watch groups, the National Night Out, the Citizens Academy, and the annual Shop with a Cop program. Officer Reed

Officer Reed
Officer Reed has been with Bellevue Police since 2000.  He is currently assigned to the Administrative Services Bureau in the Community Policing Unit (COPPS).  Reed graduated from Bellevue University with a Bachelors in Criminal Justice and Metropolitan Community College with an Associates in Law Enforcement.  Reed is a certified police motorcycle officer and his expertise falls in the area of Traffic Crash Reconstruction.  Reed also works with BPD’s volunteer unit, the Vipers and the Bellevue Police Citizens Advisory Council.  Among many other assignments Reed also works with Bellevue apartment complexes and their crime free housing agreements. Sgt Lampman

Sergeant Larry Lampman
Sgt. Lampman has been with Bellevue Police since 2000.  He is currently assigned under the Administrative Services Bureau.  He currently supervises the Community Policing Unit, Code Enforcement Unit, and Emergency Management.  Sgt. Lampman is a Police Motorcycle Instructor and also a member of the Traffic Crash Reconstruction Team.  Sgt.
